Join us for our next event with private chef and recipe developer Natalia Rudin, founder of the hit food platform Nat’s Nourishments, as she discusses her debut cookbook Cooking Fast and Slow. Hosted in conversation with presenter Hannah Harley Young, host of the Crazy Sexy Food podcast, you’ll hear about Natalia’s journey into food, her inspirations, and her thoughtful approach to eating well - no matter how much time you have.
The event begins in the Charlotte Street Hotel’s screening room, where Natalia and Hannah will delve into the themes behind the book - from speedy weeknight dishes to slow, soul soothing plates. Afterwards, head upstairs to Oscar restaurant for a relaxed lunch featuring recipes from the book. Nat will be on hand to chat, answer questions and sign copies of Cooking Fast and Slow.
In Cooking Fast and Slow, Nat invites you into her kitchen to explore the duality of modern cooking - balancing the demands of busy life with the joy of slowing down. Influenced by several years travelling the world working as a private chef, Nat’s recipes champion vegetables, bold flavours, and feel good eating.

8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
